The Downtown Parking Project Plan Initiative includes: • Replacement of 90 minute free public parking with pay stations in areas of high turnover • Development of strategically located surface parking lots • Evaluation of three alternative sites for construction of single parking deck • Signage program for all public off-street parking areas • Improved enforcement of all parking regulations (on-street and off-street)
