Ware pleads not guilty to assault charges in April stabbing

Aaron Ware pleaded not guilty to assault charges in connection to a stabbing that happened April 10th in Utica in the 1600 block of Howard Ave.

An offer was extended by the Oneida County District Attorney's office.

Ware has two weeks to decide whether or not he'll take the plea offer.

He's due back in court to make that decision.

The victim in was stabbed in the stomach and chest.
