Water main break closes portion of Culver Ave.

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A water main break has forced a traffic detour in the City of Utica, at the intersection of Culver Avenue and Rutger Street.

A portion of Culver Avenue is closed and there is a detour provided.

Officials are working to contain the break and have not turned off water in the area yet. It has also not yet been determined if a boil water advisory will be put in effect.
