By WKTV News

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Whitesboro man heard his sentence Tuesday in Oneida County Court in Utica after pleading guilty back in December to second-degree arson.

Jason Mosher, 28, originally faced that arson charge as well as a third-degree burglary charge.

Mosher admitted to starting a fire inside an occupied home on Main Street in Whitesboro back in July.

He was sentenced to ten years in state prison on that arson charge.
