Whitesboro woman accused of hosting underage drinking party

(WKTV) - A Whitesboro woman faces charges after she allegedly hosted an underage drinking party, Whitesboro police said.

Angela L. Stone, 44, is charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance.

According to authorities, police were dispatched to Pleasant Street on Friday after a report of loud music and a possible underage drinking party. Police located the party at Stone's home and found several teens ages 13 to 18 drinking. Stone was allegedly hosting the party and teens were drinking alcohol in her home with her permission, police said. Upon searching her during her arrest, police say they found medications that were not prescribed to Stone.

Stone was sent to Oneida County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash or bond.
