(WKTV) - An Oneonta woman was arrested Tuesday at the Oneonta court building and charged with driving while intoxicated, New York State Police said.

Carolyn Murray, 45, was charged with DWI. Her reportable blood alcohol content was .17, officials say.

According to state police, a trooper responded to the court on a report of an intoxicated woman walking inside, then getting into her car and trying to drive away. A town constable stopped her as she tried to back up. The trooper arrived and determined Murray was intoxicated while she was driving.

She was issued tickets returnable to the Oneonta town court.
