Woman accused of selling heroin in Oneonta

(WKTV) - A Davenport woman is accused of selling heroin in the City of Oneonta, the Otsego County Sheriff's Office said.

Shelby Maureen Mochrie, 20, is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.

According to officials, in January heroin was allegedly purchased from Mochrie in the City of Oneonta. The investigation was conducted by the sheriff's office, the Albany Drug Enforcement Administration, and Oneonta police.

Mochrie was arrested June 11 as she was leaving a home in Oneonta. She is being held at the Otsego County Correctional Facility on $15,000 bond.

She faces up to nine years in prison if convicted.
