Rome girl honored at Yankees game

ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - It's any baseball fan's dream!

A 10-year-old from Rome got a chance to walk into Yankee stadium and onto the field Tuesday night.

Autumn Blinn was honored by the team for the volunteer work she does at Faxton-Saint Luke's.

Blinn makes Yankees pillows for dialysis patients and the pediatrics department. Her work started with one pillow for her grandfather.

The Yankees gave her a plaque during the game as part of "Hope Week." And she even got a chance to hang out with members of the team.
