The Light up the Night Run and Walk is coming up. Joe Wilczynski and Katie McCauley joined Don Shipman for NewsTalk on Thursday to talk about exercising outside when the sun goes down. They recommend reflective tape, glow sticks, flashlights and any other luminary you can attach to your body. The run and walk at SUNY Poly, on November 6th, is intended to educate runners and walkers on safely performing their activities at night.
