Man killed in crash after Nickelback concert near Tupper Lake

TUPPER LAKE, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a 20-year-old man has been killed and two other men are recovering from injuries after their pickup truck crashed on an Adirondack road while heading home from a rock concert.

State police tell the Adirondack Daily Enterprise ( ) that a 17-year-old man from Piercefield was driving the truck on Route 30 near Tupper Lake early Wednesday morning when it crashed and overturned three times.

Troopers say Joshua Peck of Tupper Lake suffered severe head and neck injuries and was taken to Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vt., where he later died.

A 16-year-old from Tupper Lake was also injured. Both teens were treated and released.

The three were returning from Tuesday night's Nickelback concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
