Oneida County Reaches Agreement with Oneida Nation:
We should know more today about the closed-door negotiations between Oneida County officials and the Oneida Indian Nation. Both sides have been in talks for months to try to settle their differences. Today at 2:00, a news conference that we will broadcast live, should reveal the details of the deal. One major difference between the two is the issue of the nation paying taxes on land.

Swine Flu Case Identified in Otsego County:
A case of Swine Flu has been identified in Otsego County. Officials from the health department are confirming the I.D., but theres still no word when the results will be back. Just a reminder, if you have flu-like symptoms you're advised to stay home for seven days after your symptoms begin.

SoCal Wildfire Spreads:
A Southern California wildfire has been gaining strength and threatening residential areas. A Santa Barbara County official says about 18,000 people have been told to evacuate. Firefighters are facing extreme conditions, as flames burn through rough terrain and heavy fuel winds are also kicking up. The fire already scorched roughly four square miles.

Drew Petersen Indicted on Murder Charge:
Prosecutors say they're "very confident" in their case against former police Sergeant Drew Peterson. He's been indicted in the 2004 drowning death of his third wife. That death was initially ruled an accident. Peterson is also suspected in the disappearance of his fourth wife three years later.

Gatherings To Push For The Employee Free Choice Act:
In Utica today people will be gathering for the Employee Free Choice Act. The act restores the right to form a union and bargain for better benefits, wages and working conditions. Members of the Communications Workers of America are mobilizing in several locations across the state. The Central New York location is Whitesboro High School, and it starts at 10:30. They're calling on congress today to fix the economy and rebuilt the middle class --by passing the Employee Free Choice Act.
