Salisbury Fire Causes Roof Collapse:
A fire overnight in Salisbury burns the roof of a house, causing it to collapse. Fire officials say the flames broke out around 2:30 Monday morning on Emmondsburg Road. There were no injuries on the scene. Fire officials could not confirm the number of people in the house, although everyone is believed to have gotten out of the house. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but WKTV is told it is not suspicious at this time.

Madison Man Due in Court Tuesday To Face Burglary Charges:
A Madison man is due back in court tomorrow, to formally face charges of burglary. Officials with the Oneida County Sheriff's Department say Jody Lee Spencer broke into the Berry Hill Book Store on Route 12B in Deansboro late Friday night. He was arrested at his home in Madison. Spencer is now in the Oneida County Jail without bail.

Atlantis To Liftoff Today:
Space Shuttle Atlantis launches into outer space from Florida this morning. It's scheduled to make a trip to the Hubble Space Telescope for the last repair to the big seeing eye in the sky. The mission will entail five spacewalks to repair and recondition the telescope.

Cause of SoCal Wildfires Traced:
Investigators have uncovered the cause of the California fires. A power tool used to clear vegetation is believed to have sparked the blaze. This morning the fires are 65 percent contained. Thousands of firefighters are working to put out the blaze before dry hot winds return. The fire has charred more than 13 square miles so far.

Cost of 1st Class Stamps Going Up:
The U.S. Postal Service is raising the price of first class mail stamps today from 42 cents to 44 cents. Prices for other services, like standard mail and packages are changing too. Express and priority mail rates will not change. Now is a good time to use those forever stamps if you bought any before the rate hike.
