Police Search For Bank Robbery Suspect:
Authorities are on the look-out right now for the man who robbed the NBT Bank branch in Edmeston. It happened shortly after 9:00 Tuesday morning. At this hour, several local businesses, also the school are on lockdown. Both State Police and the sheriff's department are on the scene. According to State Police, the suspect is described as a white male.. 6' 3," weighing about 200 to 240 pounds with a mustache and black hair. School Budget Votes Being Held:
Voters across the state are casting their ballots today. In Utica, two main issues are front and center. A new school board member will be chosen, and a budget will be accepted or denied by voters.

Traffic Lights in Utica To Be Removed:
It's lights out for several traffic signals in and around the City of Utica. It's all in an effort by the city to get rid of lights which aren't needed. After looking at research and traffic data, it was determined that several lights
could be removed.

Officer May Consider Lawsuit:
An attorney for a Utica Police officer says that despite a flawless record and high scores on a civil service test, she was passed over for a promotion because she is a woman. Now UPD says they are free to appoint from the top three scorers on the list and that other, intangible factors figure into their decision. Her attorney says the officer will consider a federal lawsuit against the city after a six month period required by law.
