(WKTV) - Just a day after Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente and Oneida Nation CEO Ray Halbritter sat down on the NEWSChannel 2 set to discuss why they felt the Partnership Plan is the best course of action after 30 years of litigation between area counties and the Nation, Democratic Minority Leader Michael Hennessy sat down to talk about why, in his opinion, the Partnership Plan should be voted down.
