Former New Hartford Councilman to run again

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - A former two-term New Hartford Councilman wants back in the political arena.

Republican Don Backman wants to represent the first ward because of what he calls "reckless spending" that needs to be fixed.

Backman is running against incumbent Robert Pain.
