More hearings to be held on NYRI proposal
UTICA, N.Y. (AP) - State regulators reviewing a controversial The state Public Service Commission had been planning only two But an administrative law judge decided to add 14 additional public statement hearings and informational forums from Oct. 21 to mid-November. The move was seen as a victory for citizens' groups who have been fighting the line for more than two years.
