Tonight there was a special meeting held with the Public Service Commission, before the State Assembly.  The meeting centered around NYRI, and their proposed powerline project that would cut a line through homes and businesses in Central New York.  NYRI Spokesperson John Pierce talks with NEWSChannel 2 about the benefits to upstate New Yorkers.
