By DAVID DELLECESE

ORISKANY - The two men facing insurance fraud charges in federal court will have to wait until May for their trial to begin.

Although a tentative date had been set for today in the trial of James Kernan and James Anderson, it will not happen until May 19.

The two stand accused of a scheme involving workers compensation insurance policies at Oriska Insurance in Oriskany.

Both men face counts of conspiracy and mail and wire fraud. The charges could carry a maximum of 25 years in prison.
