Two of three men charged with Rome Denny's Stabbing in court

UTICA - Two of the three men charged in a double murder last month were in court this Wednesday.

Joshua Diggs and Jameen Kelly were arraigned in Oneida County Court where they pleaded not guilty. They are charged with the murders of Daniel Hernandez of Rome, and Judson Watkins of Syracuse. Also accused is Kemel Richardson.

The three are facing charges of second-degree murder and gang assault. The murders happened during a fight outside Denny's Restaurant in Rome on March 8.
