Plea deal offered to Joshua Diggs in Rome Denny's stabbing
UTICA - One of the men allegedly involved in last month's deadly fight in Rome has until May 7 to accept or reject a plea offer. Joshua Diggs was in Oneida County Court this morning where he was offered a plea deal in the case of two stabbing deaths that occurred in a parking lot outside Denny's in Rome. In exchange for the plea of manslaughter, Diggs would receive 15 years in prison for the deaths of Judson Watkins of Syracuse and Daniel Hernandez of Rome. On Monday, another suspect in the case - Kemel Richardson was also offered a plea. A third man - Jameen Kelly - has already pleaded not guilty. Most Popular
