Former student takes plea deal in case of recording sexual act in school bathroom
UTICA - The Utica man accused of digitally recording a sex act involving a minor at Proctor High School pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of endangering the welfare of a child at Utica City Court on June 19. Investigators say Sirdell Ruffin made the recording in the men's bathroom during school hours back in November. Ruffin's sentence will be one year conditional discharge, and 50 hours of community service. Most Popular
