ONEONTA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Town of Laurens teen has been charged after State Police say he shoplifted from Wal-Mart in Oneonta.

On Friday, November 6, 2009, State Police in Oneonta charged Devin N. Pantalone, 16, of Laurens, with petit larceny.

Authorities said Pantalone stole a vehicle headlight valued at $38 from the Wal-Mart in Oneonta.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Oneonta Court on November 24, 2009.
