Man sent to jail after allegedly stealing cough medicine
ONEONTA, N.Y. (WKTV) - An Ovid man was sent to Otsego County Jail last week after being accused of stealing cough medicine from a supermarket.
According to State Police, David J. Harris, 20, of Ovid, is accused of stealing cough medicine valued at $12 from Hannaford in Oneonta. He now faces a charge of petit larceny and resisting arrest. Harris was arraigned in the Town of Oneonta Court and sent to the Otsego County Jail in lieu of $300. Most Popular |
