Man accused of selling cocaine to Sitrin resident
NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Utica man is facing charges after authorities said he sold drugs to a resident of Sitrin.
According to the Oneida County Drug Task Force, who worked in conjunction with the New Hartford Police Department, Jimmy L. Sherman, 35, of Utica sold a quantity of cocaine to a resident at the Charles T. Sitrin Nursing Home on Tilden Ave in New Hartford. Sherman is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Town of New Hartford local criminal Court and sent to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of cash bail. Police did not release the name or gender of the Sitrin resident. Most Popular |
