Stanley Theatre relocates several upcoming performances
UTICA - Due to the delay in construction at the Stanley Theatre, several performances have already seen rescheduling, and three more have been added to that list. *The Peking Acrobats will still take place on Thursday, March 6, but at a different location. The performance will now be held in Rome at the Capitol Theatre. *Freedom Train, scheduled for March 13, will also be moved to the Capitol Theatre. *If You Give a Mouse a Cookie performance has been moved to the Clinton School of Performing Arts on February 5. Stanley Manager John Faust says that although there have been several changes and delays, he truly appreciates the support from the community. "It's been an arduous process for the last month to reschedule events," Faust said. "But they've all risen to the occasion. And our patrons have risen to the occasion...so thank you very much." For more information, you can call the Stanley Theatre Box Office at 724-4000. The theater is scheduled to open in the beginning of April. |
