UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - On June 30th, 2008, Utica Police officers responded to Kennedy Plaza Apartments after one of the tenants, Richard Savage, had not been seen for several days.

When police entered Savage's apartment, they discovered Savage had been killed and remained dead in his apartment for days. Savage was 28 years old, survived by his parents, a sister, a young daughter, and son, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Police are asking that anyone with information on the case call Investigator Rob Kopek at 315-223-3523, or the Criminal Investigation Division at 315-223-3510.
