ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. (WKTV) - After much discussion and debate, Oneida County will be moving from its current, elected coroner system, to an appointed medical examiner. The coroner system will remain in place until the end of 2012. The Board of Legislators voted on the move Wednesday afternoon.
