YORKVILLE, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Chittenango man has been charged in a crash in Yorkville last night that injured four people on June 27.

Police say 50 year old Kim Allen was turning around in the parking lot of Mohawk Valley Freightliner when his car struck three parked semi-trucks and a passenger car before fleeing the scene.

As he fled on Oriskany Boulevard, authorities say he sideswiped a car, the impact of which caused his vehicle to go into the Voss parking lot, where he struck another car.

Yorkville Police says he then continued through the lot, striking yet another car before coming to rest in the Daylight Donuts building.

Allen has been charged with DWI, reckless driving, reckless assault, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to keep right.
