Investigation continues into hit and run that killed Whitesboro man

WHITESBORO, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Whitesboro Police Department is continuing an investigation into a hit and run accident that resulted in the death of a village resident.
According to police, Raymond Hahn, 64, of Whitesboro was crossing Oriskany Boulveard on Saturday, September 15 at roughly 7:41 p.m and was at the corners or Oriskany Boulevard and Westmoreland Street when he was struck by a dark-colored mini van traveling east.
Police said that after striking Hahn, the mini van stopped for a moment and then fled the scene.
Whitesboro Police have interviewed several people and say they are still searching for the hit and run vehicle and driver. Authorities are asking anyone with information pertaining to the hit and run vehicle and driver to call the Whitesboro Police Department at 315-736-1944.
