ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. (WKTV) - A new Stop-DWI campaign has been launched in Oneida County, with a billboard reading 'Going out tonight? So are We.'

The campaign is part of a push to increase public awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving.

Prosecutors, police officers, State Police, members of the Sheriff's Office and Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente were all unhand for the unveiling Thursday morning.

"In the summer months especially, it's a problem," Picente said. "In the past months, we have had four fatalities that have been alcohol-related. That's too many. One is too many."

The prototype billboard goes out to several locations throughout the county and still includes the old message of "DWI ... Is it Worth It?"
