Several accidents during morning commute

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Multiple accidents along Route 12N and Route 790 in North Utica had traffic backed up Thursday morning causing a snarl to the morning commute.
One accident involved a National Grid truck flipped on its side along 790 westbound.
