Limited access to parking, driveways during Oneonta paving Thursday

ONEONTA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The City of Oneonta will be paving Brook Street, Potter Avenue, Depew Street and Meckley Avenue beginning at 8 a.m. on Thursday, September 20.

As a result, officials say no parking will be allowed on the street until after the paving is complete and there will be no access to driveways once the paving begins.
