NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - Customers of the Bank of America on Genesee Street in New Hartford were met with a surprise on Tuesday when they found their branch unexpectedly closed. Media Relations with Bank of America say that a vacant property next to the bank branch had a water pipe burst, which caused some minor flooding within the bank.
