Sports WKTV

UTICA, N.Y. -- The Utica Yard Dogs' suspended home opener will now serve as their home finale.
This past Saturday, Utica's inaugural home opener against St. Lawrence was suspended by lightning and severe storms with the Yard Dogs leading 7-0 with 4:56 in the second quarter.  The game will continue from that point at the end of the season on October 4th at 7:30 at D'Alessandro Stadium in Utica.  All ticket stubs and 50/50 tickets from the original date will be honored.
The Yard Dogs' next home game is August 16th vs. Buffalo at 7:30, at which those 50/50 tickets can also be used.
