Utica Tripped Up At Troy

TROY, N.Y. -- The Utica Yard Dogs lost to the Troy Fighting Irish Saturday night 22-15.  Running backs Rommel Ponder and Alex Heath each scored a touchdown and Mike D'Auito scored a two-point conversion, but Troy's defense did not allow anything else.
The U'Dogs, now 2-2, are back home this Saturday against the Buffalo Gladiators at 7:30 p.m. at D'Alessandro StadiumYouth football players from the Mohawk Valley region can get in for free by wearing their jerseys (they must be accompanied by an adult).  There will be a fireworks show immediately following the game.
