Clinton Boys Soccer Season Ended By Lowville

Clinton, NY (WKTV) - It took two overtimes and penalty kicks but in the end the Lowville Red Raiders topped Clinton to advance to the Class B semifinals. The score was 1-1 after two overtimes and Lowville advances on penalty kicks (3-1).

Lowville started the scoring just 23 seconds into the game on a goal by Mark Nortz. Midway through the first half, Clinton evened things up with a goal by James Short on an assist from Dwight Vicks.

No one scored through regulation and two overtimes.

Cody Carpenter was the difference maker in penalty kicks. Lowville advances to face the Skaneateles in the semis.
