Oneida Football Readies For Rye In State Finals

ONEIDA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Three months ago, Oneida's football team started the season at the Carrier Dome.  This Sunday, the Indians will finish in there in the state Class B championship against top-ranked, defending champion Rye from Section I.

This is Oneida's first-ever appearance in a state football final, and the Indians are trying to win the school's first-ever state title for a team sport.  To do it, they'll have to knock off a Garnets team that has won 24 straight games.
