NEW YORK MILLS, N.Y. (WKTV) - After Remsen's Spencer Ballard hit a floater at the buzzer to force overtime, New York Mills turned up its defensive pressure and outscored its Center State Conference Division IV rival 17-4 in the extra period to win 56-43.
The game started out painfully slow for both teams' offenses. Remsen led 10-8 after the first quarter and New York Mills led 18-15 at halftime.
