New York Mills Boys' Run Ends vs. South Kortright


ONEONTA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Facing undefeated South Kortright from Section IV, the New York Mills boys basketball team's impressive playoff run came to an end Saturday in the state Class D regional round at Hartwick College with a 56-49 loss.

The Marauders, who have started no seniors during the stretch run of the regular season and the postseason, trailed 25-20 at halftime and could not come back.

South Kortright, ranked No. 4 in the state in Class D, improves to 24-0 and advances to the Final Four next weekend in Glens Falls.

New York Mills, ranked No. 9, ends the season 18-7.
