Sauquoit Valley girls win Section III Class C overall title

CORTLAND STATE, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Sauquoit Valley lady Indians won the Section III, Class C overall championship with a 4-0 victory over Bishop Ludden on Saturday.

After a scoreless first half, the lady Indians scored all four goals. Sierra Kiss led the way with three goals. Amanda Orsino score the other goal for Sauquoit. At 20-0, they next face Elmira Notre Dame from Section IV next Saturday at a site to be determined.

Sauquoit beat Tully 8-0 to advance to the overall C final.
