Matt Hamill prepares for his biggest fight yet

HAMILL COMPOUND, N.Y. (WKTV) - Matt "The Hammer" Hamill is a little over a week away from headlining one of the biggest, and probably most watched, Ultimate Fighter cards of the year. He'll face Jonny "Bones" Jones in the main event of the Ultimate Fighter Season 10 finale, Saturday, December 5th in Las Vegas.

Hamill and his trainer Duff Holmes of Mohawk Valley Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness in Washington Mills, have been preparing for this fight at the Hamill Compound.

Hamill - Jones is the main event on a free TV card that features Kimbo Slice and the heavyweght final of the Ultimate Fighter Season 10. It should gather a huge TV audience and great chance to improve in the crowded light heavyweight ranks.
