Notre Dame outlast Whitesboro in boys basketball


WHITESBORO, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Notre Dame Jugglers survied a rough third quarter en route to a 62-53 win over Whitesboro on Tuesday night.

After leading 32-24 at the half, the Jugglers went stone cold in the third quarter allowing the Warriors to chip their way back into the game. In the fourth, leading by just two points, Notre Dame started to pick things back up again. Pat Moore rediscovered his shot and dropped 15 in the quarter on the way to 34 for the game. Mike Hill was the only other scorer in double figures for the Jugglers with 11 points.

Whitesboro was led by Mike Ryan's 15 points and Ryan Watson's 13. The Warriors drop to 2-1 while Notre Dame improves to 3-0.
