UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The MVCC Hawks just got alot better. Proctor graduate Deandre Preaster made his debute with the team on Tuesday night in an 88-79 win over Schenectady County Community College.
Preaster led all scorers with 30 points. He made an immediate impact as he had three steals in the first two minutes of the game. The Hawks began the game on a 10-1 run and never trailed. Jerome Davis added 29 points in the win to help the Hawks improve to 11-4 overall.
SCCC was led by CJ Trarver's 20 points.
