Levi finishes third at Endicott

ENDICOTT, N.Y. - New Hartford's Wayne Levi finished the Dick's Sporting Goods Open tied for third, two strokes behind winner Loren Roberts.  Levi finished with a 69 (-3) on Sunday, -13 for the weekend.

Levi came into the final round of the PGA Champions Tour event at En-Joie GC tied for third, after leading the first round on Friday, and had six birdies, including one on the 16th hole that gave him a chance for a final push.

But the two stroke lead by Roberts was too much to overcome.  Levi would have finished tied with Fred Funk for second, but couldn't sink a short birdie putt on the 18th.
