By DAVID B. CARUSO, Associate Press Writer

NEW YORK (AP) - A woman accused of helping run the prostitution
ring patronized by New York's disgraced ex-governor has pleaded
guilty to conspiracy, money laundering and federal prostitution
charges.

Prosecutors say 23-year-old Cecil Suwal ran the day-to-day operations of the Emperors Club V.I.P. escort service. Suwal is the second escort service employee to plead guilty in the case.

Eliot Spitzer, hasn't been charged, but he stepped down as governor after he was accused of being a client.
