BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - Police in Buffalo are looking for the gunmen who sprayed a bar with gunfire early yesterday morning, killing one person and wounding two others. Authorities say 24-year-old Jermaine Varner died after being struck by several bullets fired around 3:30 a-m inside Johnny's Golden Gloves bar on Buffalo's east side.

Police are trying to determine whether it was a random shooting or if specific people were targeted by the two men who opened fire.

The two people wounded by the gunfire are in Erie County Medical Center. The bar's doorman -- 35-year-old Sheldon Brown -- is in critical condition, while 25-year-old Loren Hinkle is listed in fair condition.
