Arcuri and Hanna arrive at Election Night headquarters

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Republican challenger for the 24th Congressional District seat, Richard Hanna, has arrived at the Hotel Utica, which will serve as the site for his Election Night headquarters.

Hanna, who arrived with his wife and daughter, is a tightly contested race against incumbent Democratic Congressman Michael Arcuri.

Arcuri arrived at his location just before 9:15 p.m.

Both campaigns will gather at their locations to watch the results come into media outlets. In Oneida County, each precinct has to submit their results in person to the Sherwood Boehlert Center at Union Station, the home of the Oneida County Board of Elections. It could take longer than usual for results to get reported, as they could be submitted over the phone in the past.
