HERKIMER, N.Y. (WKTV) -- Voters in the Village of Herkimer decided to take their municipality in a new direction Tuesday night.

He said the biggest issues he hopes to tackle are future flood mitigation, better handling of the budget, reviving downtown Herkimer with small businesses and building a younger population.
