Two Lewis County Men arrested for sending harassing text messages

LOWVILLE, N.Y. (WKTV) - Lewis County Sheriff's investigators have arrested two men for sending threatening text messages to each other on their cell phones.

Investigators say 26 year old Scott Gaba of Lowville sent 34 year old Jeffrey Hanno of Glenfield a text message threatening to do physical harm to him if he did not stop sending text messages to Gaba's girlfriend. Investigators say in return, Mr. Hanno sent several threatening and vulgar text and voicemail messages to Gaba over a period of half an hour.

Both men are charged with aggravated harassment.
