More than 300 people take part to raise money for Alzheimer's at the 2010 Memory Walk

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The 2010 Memory Walk was held at the Masonic Care Community in Utica on Saturday.

More than 300 people took part to raise money for Alzheimer's care and research.

The Alzheimer's Association of Central New York says the disease is a growing epidemic that is now the seventh leading cause of death in the United States.

It is estimated 11,000 people in Central New York are living with the disease.
